Serving Christ by equipping pastors, teachers and lay leaders in Reformed, Biblical doctrine in Central and Eastern Europe
Networking
It is the single most powerful tool to accelerate and sustain success for any organization.
Networking is about making connections and building enduring, mutually beneficial relationships. Ultimately, it’s not about who you know ... but who knows you, your successes and needs.
Any successful ministry will point out that networking was on major factor in ministry's successful operation.
We are constantly bombarded with advertisements, emails and sales pitches creating a cluttered message. Personal relationships enable us to stand out and rise above the noise.
Relationships are the catalyst for success
People do get involved with those they like and trust.
Networking provides the most productive, most proficient and most enduring tactic to build relationships.
Why Network?
It is the most powerful way to build professional relationships, actively foster contacts and disseminate information. Most people personally know at least 250 other people, and have even more acquaintances. To succeed, any ministry must continually keep their base informed, reach out to new people and groups, build relationships and leverage their network. What does it mean to develop and cultivate a network and how is it done? Developing a network involves establishing relationships with others to keep informed about the world and keep others informed of what you care about most.
By keeping those you know informed of the ministry's work, victories and needs, you can help the ministry connect with qualified teachers, prayer warriors, financial supporters and volunteers.
