To comply with Christ's mandate in Matthew 18:18-20 and Acts 1:6-8 by establishing facilities, seminaries, and institutions for theological education preparation and ministry, supplemented by the development of theological libraries and the production and distribution of a wide range of theological literature.

It is the philosophy of ministry of I.T.E.M., Inc. that:

• All things that are, are by the Grace and Power of God and for His Glory;
• Man lives and moves and has his being, made in the image of God and all by His Grace;
• Man in his fallen estate of sin and misery is in need of redemption, adoption, and sanctification by the choice of God the Father, through the birth, life, death, and resurrection of God the Son, and the effectual application thereof by God the Holy Spirit as only the Triune God of the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments can do;
• The Triune God has sovereignly done these things by His Grace and Power alone for and to His chosen people;
• One of the effectual means of that grace is the preaching and teaching of the Word of God;

It is to the preparation of God's people for preaching and teaching and Christian service that I.T.E.M., Inc. has purposed its existence and endeavors, particularly in the proclamation of the need for Biblical preaching and teaching ministry and so also the effecting of the actual preparation and training of nationals as leaders of His Church visible in Russia and Ukraine and as He alone leads thereafter.

To these ends I.T.E.M., Inc. will endeavor to procure the prayers, resources, and financial support necessary for the equipping of God's people for leadership in His Church in the furtherance of His Kingdom… come and coming.

Under the authority of Jesus Christ, the mission of His Church is to evangelize, comfort and encourage, instruct and disciple His people among the nations, teaching men and women everywhere to observe all things that Christ has commanded and equipping them for and in His Service, and all to His Glory (Mat. 28:18-20; Acts 1:6-8). The mandate of the Church is accomplished through the proclamation of the one True Gospel (Ro. 1:16-17) in home and world missions to the end that the Kingdom of God shall prevail upon the earth (Mat. 6:10) and that every person so chosen shall acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ (Philp. 2:9-11) and by opposing all that sets itself against the knowledge of God and the Truths of His Revelation, both general and special in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, and wholly, thereby, endeavoring to bring every thought captive to Jesus Christ (2 Co. 10:4-5).

This then is the mission of all men and women chosen by God, in Christ, and called unto life by His Holy Spirit. And it is the mission mandate and calling of International Theological Education Ministries, Inc. (and each and all of its particular works) to endeavor to do all things Biblical, legal and necessary to fulfill these objectives in the lands of the Russian, Ukrainian, and neighboring peoples - teaching, equipping, and discipling the leaders of God's people for God's people.

By those means, toward those ends, for His purposes, I.T.E.M., Inc. shall then proclaim by means Biblical, legal and appropriate the whole counsel of God according to Scriptures of the Old and the New Testaments in the securing of prayer, labor, resources, and finances for the instruction, equipping, and discipling of God's people by means of theological education facilities, seminaries and institutions for theological preparation and ministry, libraries and literature, first in Russia and Ukraine and then as God leads; and in all things endeavoring to practice faithful stewardship of God's grace in talents, skills, resources, people and things material and spiritual.
